Do you handle spore testing?
PBES supports autoclave PM and documents cycle verification; weekly biological spore testing is handled by an in-house tech using a mail-in service, and PBES helps set that program up and keeps records tied to the sterilizer in TESSA.
Can you inspect our laser and IPL devices?
PBES performs electrical safety inspection and general condition assessment on laser and IPL devices. Modality-specific calibration and internal laser service are performed by the OEM.
Do you support multi-location med spa groups?
Yes. Multi-location groups get consolidated scheduling, one account owner, and a single TESSA report format across every clinic.
