PBES is family-owned and family-run. You'll deal with the same people who own the company — from the first quote to the follow-up after every service visit.
Patrick brings 30+ years of experience in the medical equipment sales industry, with a wide network of trusted medical equipment resources and vendor relationships.
Amy helps keep PBES responsive and personal by supporting customer communication, sourcing needs, and day-to-day coordination around equipment and parts.
Connor helps keep inspections, repairs, service coordination, and loaner equipment moving smoothly so customers stay ready and compliant.
Emily is the communication hub for PBES, coordinating customer requests, scheduling jobs, managing reports, and helping ensure every facility gets the information they need.
Aidan combines field biomedical inspection experience with TESSA-powered asset management to help customers move beyond basic compliance records toward better equipment visibility, service history, and planning.
